Questions Answered by the Democratic Parties

The Houston Chronicle decided to run an article with questions readers in Houston, San Antonio, and Beaumont had for Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. I think it is great a great article. Having each candidates answers written out side to side to read and reread is extremely informative. The readers also had well thought out questions about issues that affect us all. How a candidate answers each question gives us a great deal of information on who they are.

Each candidate has well put answers but it all comes down to who answers with the most tact and clarity. The candidate who can answer a question and not get overly emotional and can show there passion while staying centered is the right choice in my opinion.

All questions and answers were excellent but one stood out to me, the one about ending our reliance on foreign sources of oil and how it can be done. That question is good because the answer not only effects the war but our environment as well which in my opinion should be high on our priority list. I really liked how Obama answered. He seems to not only say he is going to help but has solutions and helpful tips. In order to have a solution you have to have alternatives.

By reading this article it will help you understand each candidates stance. Even if you do not plan on voting Democratic this article would still be beneficial. We should understand both parties stance to really be able to vote clearly. With what is happening in our world today we should all be casting a vote for change.
